REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have found a fault with your purchase, please see our Refund and Exchanges Policy below.

  • Dissh will only refund an item if it is faulty and proof of purchase is provided. 
  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind. A credit note or exchange is available for full price items within 14 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached and proof of purchase provided. 
  • Payments for refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale. 
  • Due to health regulations, earrings and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty - please make your selection carefully. 
  • For the returns policy specific to purchases made with AfterPay, refer to section RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY below.

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM:

Received your order and excitedly opened the package only to discover…

  • Your item is the incorrect size
  • It doesn't quite suit you
  • It's not exactly what you thought it was, or
  • You've simply changed your mind?

No need to panic, if you aren't completely happy with your order, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a Dissh Gift Voucher, within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice. Simply follow the steps below and we'll have you smiling in no time.

Please note Dissh is not able to accept exchanges for sale items, pierced or regular jewellery, or swimwear. 

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM FOR ANOTHER ITEM ONLINE

1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached.

2. Complete the Return Form, which was sent out with your order. Return Forms can also be downloaded  here).

  • Make sure you let us know which style or size you would like to exchange the item for. Please note, your item can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, contact our Customer Service Team and they can assist you.
  • We will try our best to fill your request, but unfortunately we can't guarantee that the item you are after will be in stock.
  • If your item is unavailable, or your requested exchange is of greater value than the cost of your original item, we will automatically issue you with an Online Dissh Gift Voucher that can be used to purchase your item of choice or choose something else you love!
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, so plenty of time to find your next must have item. These can only be used online and are not valid instore. Online and instore vouchers are not interchangeable. 

3. Include a copy of your original invoice and completed Return Form in the parcel.

The details of your Online Dissh Gift Voucher will be emailed through to you once your exchange has been finalised.

The Online Dissh Gift Voucher will be for the value of your returned item as stated on your original invoice.

  • All returns will be processed within three to five business days of receiving your parcel.
  • Please note Dissh is not able to exchange sale items, pierced or regular jewellery, or swimwear.
  • Exchanges will only be issued on sale items or jewellery if the product is deemed to be faulty, has a manufacturer fault or has arrived broken or damaged. Please see below for further details regarding refunds and faulty items.

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM FOR AN ONLINE GIFT VOUCHER

1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached.

2. Complete the Return Form, which was sent out with your order. (Misplaced your Return Form? Don't worry, you can download a copy  here).

  • Make sure you let us know that you would like to exchange your purchase for an Online Dissh Gift Voucher.

3. Include a copy of your original invoice and completed Return Form in the parcel.

All Gift Vouchers issued as an exchange will be Online Dissh Gift Vouchers only. These can be used online only and are not valid in-store. Online and in-store gift vouchers are not interchangeable and are valid for 12 months. The details of your Online Dissh Gift Voucher will be emailed through to you once your exchange has been finalised. The Online Dissh Gift Voucher will be for the value of your returned item as stated on your original invoice.

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM AT A DISSH STORE

All items purchased online can be exchanged at any of any of our Dissh retail stores, simply head into store with the following:

  1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached.
  2. Complete the Return Form, which was sent out with your order. (Misplaced your Return Form? Don't worry, you can download a copy here).
  3. Print a copy of your original invoice.
  4. Head into your nearest Dissh store with all of the above.

Once in-store one of our staff members will validate the exchange leaving you free to choose any product in exchange for the one you are returning.

  • If the price of the product is in excess of the original purchase amount, you will pay the difference at the time of exchange.
  • If the price of the product is less than the original purchase amount, we will provide you with an In-store Dissh Credit Note to the value of the difference.
  • If you don't find an item you love, you will be issued with an In-store Dissh Credit Note, which you can use on your next shopping trip, (And don't worry, they're valid for 12 months, plenty of time to find your next must have item).

All In-store Dissh Credit Notes issued as, or part of, an exchange, will be valid in-store only. These can be used in-store only and are not valid online. Online and in-store credit notes are not interchangeable and are valid for 12 months.

Our stores can only exchange a product and cannot process a refund or return of a faulty item from an online order.

  • Please note Dissh is not able to exchange sale/discounted items, pierced or regular jewellery.
  • Exchanges will only be issued on sale items or jewellery if the product is deemed to be faulty, has a manufacturer fault or has arrived broken or damaged. Please see below for further details regarding refunds and faulty items.

YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY:

Received your order and excitedly opened the package only to discover…

  • Your product has arrived broken
  • Your product has arrived damaged
  • Is deemed to be faulty or
  • Has a manufacturer fault?

If you believe that your purchase has a fault, please email our Customer Service Team on customerservice@dissh.com.au with your invoice number and the details of the fault and we will happily provide you with a postage slip that allows you to send the item back to us free of charge.

Once you have received this postage slip, simply follow the below steps and we'll have you smiling again in no time. Shipping and handling charges are refundable on faulty items.

Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company or wholesaler to deem an item faulty.

EXCHANGING YOUR FAULTY ITEM FOR ANOTHER ITEM ONLINE

2. Complete the Return Form, which was sent out with your order and complete. (Misplaced your Return Form? Don't worry, you can download a copy here).

  • Make sure you let us know which style or size you would like to exchange the item for. Please note, your item can only be exchanged for another item of equal or lessor value.
  • If your item is unavailable, or your requested exchange is greater than the cost of your original item, we will automatically issue you with a full refund.

3. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed Return Form in your parcel.

4. Post it back to DISSH E-Boutique, Att: Customer Service, Unit 19, 71 Jijaws St, Sumner Park QLD 4074

Once your faulty item has been received, approved and processed, if the requested items for exchange are not available, or the requested exchange is of greater value than the original cost of your item, the original cost of your item will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account used on your first order.

Please allow 5-10 working days for this to show on your credit card or PayPal statement.

However, if on return, the product in question is assessed by our Customer Service Team and found to function as designed, Dissh may refuse to process the exchange. In this instance, you will automatically be issued with an Online Dissh Gift Voucher to the value of your returned item, minus the return delivery cost, which equates to $10.95.

If the returned item is deemed as faulty, all Gift Vouchers issued as a replacement for an exchange will be Online Dissh Gift Vouchers only. These can be used online only and are not valid in-store. Online and in-store gift vouchers are not interchangeable and are valid for 12 months.

Please note: If the returned item is found to function as designed, but has been worn or is deemed unsalable due to wear, Dissh may refuse to process the faulty item as an exchange or a refund. In this instance, if you choose to have your item sent back to you, you will be sent a request for payment of postage, which equates to $10.95.

RECEIVING A REFUND FOR YOUR FAULTY ITEM

  • Make sure you clearly identify and explain the fault of your product.
  • Make sure you clearly identify that you would like a refund for your faulty item.

3. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed Return Form in your parcel.

4. Post it back to DISSH E-Boutique, Att: Customer Service, Unit 19, 71 Jijaws St, Sumner Park QLD 4074

We check all the items as they leave Dissh EBoutique to ensure that only the highest level of quality is sent to our customers but unfortunately some things still manage to slip past us.

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY:

When you pay using the Afterpay service, you may exchange the item(s) or return your item(s) for a full refund through our Dissh E-boutique Customer Service Team.. Please note Dissh is not able to accept exchanges or returns for sale items, pierced or regular jewellery, or swimwear. 

**STORE RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY:refunds are not able to be processed in store at this time: however, you may exchange your item instore for another size OR for another item**

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR REFUND:

 

If you purchase using Afterpay, you can return any full priced item within 14 days for a full refund of any payments made to date. All remaining payments will be cancelled.

 To return your Afterpay purchase in-store, you will need to present your original receipt or invoice.

 To return your Afterpay purchase to our online Customer Service team:

  1. Complete the Return Form, which was sent out with your order. (Misplaced your Return Form? Don't worry, you can download a copy here).
  2. Make sure you clearly identify that you would like a refund for your item.
  3. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed Return Form in your parcel.

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE:

When purchasing via Afterpay, you may send your item back to our Dissh E-boutique Customer Service Team or visit your nearest store for an exchange within fourteen days of your original purchase.

Customer Service Returns:

Instore:

When purchasing via Afterpay, you may exchange an item in store for another size, or another style.

Exchange for higher value:

  • If your exchange is of a higher value than your original purchase, the difference will need to be paid in-store at the time of the exchange. There will benochange to your original payment arrangement with Afterpay.
  •  The additional payment cannot be made using an Afterpay barcode and can only be made using cash, eftpos, credit card, gift voucher or credit note.
  • The additional payment will be subject to the Dissh returns policy. Only the portion of the payment made using Afterpay can be refunded.

Exchange for equal or lesser value:

  • If your exchange is for equal value, there will be no change to your original payment arrangement with Afterpay.
  • If your exchange is of a lower value than your original purchase, you will be credited the difference into your Afterpay account.
