Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in4 equal instalments, due every fortnight, interest free! Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.It's that easy!

Completely Interest-Free, Every Time You Buy

Afterpay charges no interest for their instalment plans. If you make repayments on time, you'll only ever pay the price of the item you've purchased. Late or unpaid payments are subject to a late fee, payable to Afterpay. See Afterpay Terms and Conditions for full details here.

USING AFTERPAY:

Eligibility:

Afterpay is available to all people who: 

  • Live in Australia;
  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and
  • Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase. 

You are not required  to fill out a credit application form!

How To Purchase With Afterpay:

  1. Select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout using your existing debit or credit card - * please note there is a spending threshold of $1000 when using a credit card and $500 when using a debit card*
  2. Complete your checkout in seconds. No long forms & you receive instant approval online
  3. Pay over 4 equal instalments. Pay fortnightly & enjoy your purchase straight away!

You do not need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase. 

Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it's your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase. 

Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created. All you need to do is visit www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password, and you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your log in details during your next checkout.

 

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY:

When you pay using the AfterPay service, you may exchange the item(s) or return your item(s) for a full refund through our Dissh E-boutique Customer Service Team.. Please note Dissh is not able to accept exchanges or returns for sale items, pierced or regular jewellery, or swimwear.

**STORE RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY:refunds are not able to be processed in store at this time: however, you may exchange your item instore for another size OR for another item**

RETURNS FOR REFUND:

All returns for a REFUND must be done through the E-boutique Customer Service Team, and are not currently accepted in-store. Please note Dissh is not able to refund sale items, pierced or regular jewellery.

If you are returning an item BEFORE the first payment is due, you will have the option to cancel the entire payment plan without making any payments.

If you are returning an item AFTER the first payment is made, you will have the option to cancel the rest of the payment plan and any confirmed payments will be refunded after the item has been returned.

  1. Complete the Return Form, which was sent out with your order. (Misplaced your Return Form? Don't worry, you can download a copy here).
  2. Make sure you clearly identify that you would like a refund for your item.
  3. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed Return Form in your parcel.
  4. Post it back to DISSH E-Boutique, Att: Customer Service Team, Unit 19, 71 Jijaws St, Sumner Park QLD 4074
  • All returns will be processed withinthree to fivebusiness daysof receiving your parcel.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE:

E-boutique Customer Service:

When purchasing via Afterpay, you may send your item back to our Dissh E-boutique Customer Service Team for an exchange. This exchange can be forequal or lesser value. For items of lesser value, you will be credited the difference into your Afterpay account. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, thewholetransaction will need to be refunded and you will then have to make the purchase of the new item on the Dissh website as normal.  

  1. Complete the Return Form, which was sent out with your order. (Misplaced your Return Form? Don't worry, you can download a copy here).
    1. 2.    Make sure you let us know which style or size you would like to exchange the item for.
    2. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed Return Form in your parcel.
    3. Post it back to DISSH E-Boutique, Attn: E-boutique Customer Service Team, Unit 19, 71 Jijaws St, Sumner Park QLD 4074

All exchanges will be processed withinthree to fivebusiness daysof receiving your parcel. Please note Dissh is not able to refund sale items, pierced or regular jewellery.

Instore:

When purchasing via Afterpay, you may exchange an item in store for another size, or another style.

  • If your exchange is of a higher value than your original purchase, the difference will need to be paid in-store at the time of the exchange.  There will be no change to your original payment arrangement with Afterpay.
  • If your exchange is of a lower value than your original purchase, you will be issued with a DISSH store credit note for the difference.  There will be no change to your original payment arrangement with Afterpay. 
    • Refunds to your Afterpay Account and changes to Afterpay payment installments canonlybe processed through our Eboutique - Customer Service Team.

All In-store Dissh Credit Notes issued as, or part of, an exchange, will be valid in-store only. These can be used in-store only and are not valid online. Online and in-store credit notes are not interchangeable and are valid for 12 months.

SPENDING THRESHOLDS:

Credit Cards: You may spendup to $1000 in a single transaction when purchasing with a credit card

Debit Cards: You may spendup to $500in a single transaction when purchasing with a debit card

AVAILABILITY IN-STORE:

Afterpay is not currently in store, but we are working hard to bring it into stores as well. Stay tuned! However, if you have purchased online and would like to make an exchange, you may do so at your nearest store!

LATE FEES:

Afterpay does not charge a fee to consumers when purchasing and they do not charge interest. The only fees applied to consumers are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method. You will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid.
