How do I return my order?

Download and complete our returns/exchanges form before posting it back with your purchase. Please post your return to the below address. You MUST include a copy of your original invoice and order must be returned within 14 days of date on invoice. Please see the returns policy before any returns are made.

Who can I ask for help with my order?

Please contact our customer service department they are always happy to help with any query. Either email customerservice@dissh.com.au or phone 07 3725 7633 (International 61 73725 7633).  Open from 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

How do I change my order?

If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email customerservice@dissh.com.au with the correct changes and include your order number.

Our last set of orders are processed at  2pm AEST, your email must arrive before this to be actioned. If the parcel has already been dispatched changes cannot be made.

Once a payment has been received and your order is completed it is then subject to the returns policy.

Please note changes to the address cannot be made once the order leaves Dissh as it becomes the property of the courier company.

Where does my tracking information come from?

Once your parcel has been dispatched and picked up by the courier, an email will be sent to you from the courier company (Australia Post or DHL) that will provide you with a link and a tracking number that will enable you to follow your parcel.

If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of your order placement you may have experienced a difficulty receiving it from the courier company. Sometimes these emails can appear in your junk email inbox however if this is not the case please email customerservice@dissh.com.au to retrieve your tracking number, please include your order number and name.

How do I use my Dissh Gift Card?

Please note that your Gift Card is not a promotional code. To redeem your Gift Card you need to enter the serial number in the payment section. Store Gift Cards cannot be used online. Gift Cards are not interchangeable between the online store and other Dissh stores.

If your Gift Voucher does not cover the value of the item you wish to purchase, you can add additional funds to complete the order payment via the other payment gateways available. Please note you will need to enter your Gift Card number first for the website to accept the amount.

Do we hold stock?

Due to the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling so we are unable to hold or place stock aside for orders and exchanges.

How long does stock hold in my shopping cart?

If you have placed items in your shopping cart they will remain held and available to your order for approx. 30min. After this time the stock will refresh and become available to other online shoppers.

Will my postage cost be reimbursed when I send back my return?

You are responsible for the cost of returning a parcel to our head office. If an item is faulty and your address is within Australia we will send you a return postage slip, please contact us on customerservice@dissh.com.au to arrange.

If you have an international address and your item is faulty please return the item to the above address and enclose the receipt/ tax invoice for postage costs so we can reimburse you the amount. If we do not have proof of postage costs we cannot reimburse you.

When sending an item back it is your responsibility to provide tracking on a parcel so you can monitor and find its location if it goes missing. If the parcel is lost upon return this is your responsibility.

I'm ordering outside Australia, when can I expect my order?

Dissh Offers a flat rate of $25 for standard international shipping of $50 for express international shipping. International delivery time varies between countries. Please email customerservice@dissh.com.au for more accurate guidelines based on your address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order delivery time is dependent on what service you select. Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on your location. Express shipping has guaranteed next day delivery if your address is within the metropolitan area. If your address isn't in the metropolitan area it can take 2 -3 working days. Please note your parcel is being sent from Brisbane so delivery times are relevant from this location. All orders placed before 2pm (AEST) are sent on the same day. If you would like to check delivery to your location please refer to the Australia Post website link http://auspost.com.au/index.html

What happens when you deliver whilst I'm out?

Within Australia if you are not present when your order arrives, another person at your residence is entitled to sign for your parcel. Australia Post's legal obligation is to deliver to the address specified. You are responsible for who is present to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery. Please note if the address you provide is corporate or a public place, Australia Post do not do a door to door service and you will need to find out the delivery location for that building.

If no one is present at the time of delivery an attempted delivery card will be left for you to present at the post office specified. Please track you item regularly as if you do not receive a card for some instance your item maybe returned to sender after being held for a period of one week.
